Bush Quietly Advises Hillary, "Endorses" Hillary

Examiner Exclusive: Bush quietly advising Hillary Clinton, top Democrats

President Bush is quietly providing back-channel advice to Hillary Rodham Clinton, urging her to modulate her rhetoric so she can effectively prosecute the war in Iraq if elected president.

Bush Predicts Hillary For Left Hand Puppet
Says she has the right elite connections and financial backing to win

The President's pick of Hillary for nominee is not surprising given that she has supported every major Bush policy with as much if not more zeal.

Clinton voted for the Patriot Act and she voted for the war in Iraq, but so many Democrats are blinded by the cult of personality that they will overwhelmingly vote to put this crime family back in office. While we have made some progress in educating liberals as to the phony staged consensus of the left-right paradigm, the fact remains that a majority still see the White House as some kind of political super bowl, where the success of their 'team' is the be all and end all - to the expense of America as a whole.

We have continually exposed how Clinton and the Bushes personally profited from massive drug smuggling operations through Mena, while Clinton was Governor of Arkansas. Alex Jones has interviewed multiple former CIA officers who were unloading the cocaine. Bush Snr, met eleven times with the Clintons in the year before Clinton announced his run for President. Teenagers Don Henry and Kevin Ives were murdered for accidentally witnessing a CIA cocaine smuggling operation in Mena. Bill Clinton aided in the cover up, as well as the money laundering. The Clinton-Bush relationship is a long and fruitful one.

The Clintons and the Bushes have been known to vacation together in more recent times. Last year on CBS, Clinton revealed that he looks upon the Bushes as a surrogate family, and how Barbara Bush refers to him as "her son" . Is this really a picture of two distinct and opposed political ideologies pitted against one another?

In 2005, George W invited both Clintons as guests of honor and praised them to the hilt as he unveiled portraits of the two to be hung in the White House. Bush described him as having "...a great compassion for people in need... a man of enthusiasm and warmth". This after Bush's 2000 campaign was built around Clinton having no honor or dignity whilst in the White House.

Hillary returned the compliment a year later declaring that she has a good personal relationship with the Bushes and that she considers the president to have "a lot of charm and charisma".

Another Clinton in office would mean America being under the thiefdom of either a Bush or a Clinton for a total of at least 32 years, 36 if Hillary is re-elected (many now acknowledge that H.W. Bush pulled the strings as VP during the Reagan era), and they still say anyone can become President! What a pathetic joke!

Checkpoints & Blood Samples at Checkpoints: Do We Live In A Police State?

Denver Sheriff's Office Helps Private Companies Take Blood And Saliva At Checkpoints
Drivers subjected to "voluntary" procedure say they feel like DUI stops

Infowars.net | September 20 , 2007
Steve Watson

A Sheriff's office in Denver has been blasted by drivers after it engaged in the operation of what appeared to be DUI checkpoints but were in fact stops being carried out by a private non-profit research group.

The Gilpin County Sheriff's Office was hit with complaints earlier this week from motorists who say they were not properly informed of the nature of the stops and felt that they were non-voluntary. One Undersheriff even described the procedure as "like a telemarketer that you couldn't hang up on,".

The Denver post reported on the incident earlier this week:

Sgt. Bob Enney said deputies assisted the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation in stopping motorists at five sites along Colorado 119 for surveys on any drug and alcohol use. Surveyors then asked the motorists to voluntarily submit to tests of their breath, blood and saliva. At least 200 drivers were tested, Enney said. About five motorists later complained, he said.

The research is reportedly part of a nationwide study partly financed by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Some motorists told the Post that they repeatedly asked if the questioners were law enforcement officials and after stating that they were not interested in participating in the study, were still not given clearance to leave.

Describing the surveyors as being dressed in blue jumpsuits, others stated that they were "too persistent" and even offered $100 incentives to motorists in an attempt to get them to change their minds after they had declined to take part in the survey. Some even said that the surveyors then ridiculed the motorists for not taking the money.

In recent years police have moved towards taking blood samples as they cannot be challenged where as breath tests can. As this report from the Wall Street journal explains:

"In the past, police routinely asked suspected drunk drivers to blow into devices that extrapolated their blood's alcohol content from their breath. Now, authorities in most states are taking blood, by force if necessary.

Laws in at least seven states allow police to take blood without the driver's consent, without explicitly authorizing force. In most other states, court rulings have authorized reasonable force to obtain blood. Many such rulings cite a little-known fact about driving laws in the U.S.: All motorists are considered to have consented to a search of their blood, breath or urine. Such "implied consent" laws were introduced in New York in 1953, and today all 50 states and the District of Columbia have them."

Regular DUI checkpoints have increasingly come under scrutiny across the country with some judges ruling them unconstitutional and illegal. Lawmakers have also challenged checkpoints and introduced bills to outlaw them. Rep. Charlene Lima, of Cranston, who sponsored a 2005 bill, said the checkpoints violate people's civil rights, and "smack of a police state." The American Civil Liberties Union also opposes checkpoints.

The Constitution of the United States states that police cannot stop someone and conduct an investigation unless there are "articulable facts". Within the language of the 4th Amendment DUI checkpoints constitute a "seizure".

Despite these facts the MADD maintains the following on its website :

MYTH: Sobriety checkpoints constitute illegal search and seizure and are, therefore, unconstitutional.

MYTH: People don't like the use of sobriety checkpoints to detect and deter impaired drivers. They consider them a form of police harassment and an invasion of their privacy.

While the blatant violation of the constitution continues with regular checkpoints however, it cannot be argued that it is legal for local officials to allow private companies to stop motorists in seemingly enforced situations.

In other instances police have been caught putting signs up warning drivers of upcoming DUI checkpoints where in fact there are none and then detaining and searching drivers who make illegal u-turns or desperately fling contraband from their vehicles.

It is now the norm to consider everybody equally likely to be guilty of something than innocent. This is proactive policing, not preventative or reactive policing. And the worrying thing is that this kind of policing is more widely indicative of a society that is NOT free.

If you encounter a checkpoint you should ask the personnel there if they are officers of the law, whether you are being detained or not and if they have probable cause. If the answer to one of these questions is no then there is no lawful right to stop you.

Why I Recently Become a Registered Republican?

Why I Recently Become a Registered Republican? Whaaa?

Yup. I’m not going to lie; I changed parties two months ago. I’m now officially a registered Republican. Why? So I can vote for Ron Paul in the primaries in February. Why? Because Ron Paul is a congressional representative who accepts no money from corporate or special interests, introduces more pieces of legislation than any other candidate, and has never voted to raise taxes. Ron Paul is the peace candidate in this Presidential election cycle.

Am I a libertarian? Not completely. I guess I’m neutral on the economics of it. But it doesn’t sound all bad. I do strongly support freedom, peace, and the constitution of the United States. So does Ron Paul, who is fiercely against the federal government criminalizing medicinal marijuana, issuing mandatory national ID cards, and spying on your e-mails and phone calls without a warrant.

Ron Paul’s stance on Iraq and all wars is like that of George Washington’s Farewell Address. The founder of this country warned us to stay out of the affairs of other nations, and voluntarily limited his candidacy to two terms. Ron Paul wants us to use our national defense to defend our country, not to militarize the world. Don’t you think that if we were to mind our own business, there would be less anti-American sentiment overseas? Don’t you think there would be fewer terrorists? The CIA, and the Middle Eastern terrorists all admit that terrorists hate us, not because we are free and prosperous, but because we are bombing, occupying, and killing them!

Ron Paul is also for reducing the power of the executive branch. Anyone ever learn about checks and balances? Right now, we don’t have that. Over time, since Lincoln and accelerated with Bush, the executive branch does not have to listen to Congress. The president should primarily have the power to persuade the congress, who more represents the people, not to carry out his/her own draconian laws. Despite one’s personal views on any issue, it should not matter the president’s position, as the power should be dictated to congress and the states.

One particular issue that I am passionate about is health freedom; Ron Paul introduced legislation to allow vitamins, supplements, and foods to have truthful health claims on the product, if they are indeed true. He also is fighting to stop the Big Pharma cartel from completely banning a wide range of vitamins and supplements from being sold in this country. “Codex Alimentarius” as it is called, a UN-based global food regulatory agency, is set to ban organic food from being sold worldwide. Ron Paul is standing up for the integrity of the very thing that makes us human – the right to be able to eat unadulterated, non-irradiated, unsprayed food, the freedom to choose what pills we want to put in our body, and the right to know if they have health benefits or not.

Ron Paul is and always has been vocally against a North American Union, against misnamed “free trade” agreements like NAFTA, GATT, the WTO, the IMF, and the World Bank. Obama, Hillary, and everyone else, in my opinion, are for the establishment, for the big banks, for the corporate overtake and destruction of America. In fact, practically all the other candidates are members of the Council on Foreign Relations. The CFR was set up by the Rockefeller family in the early 20th century with the goal of destroying America and create a one world government. This is what George Bush talked about when he declared we are beginning to see the start of a “New World Order”.

The mainstream media and the GOP do not like the independent bipartisan grassroots candidate and momentum that is building for Ron Paul’s ideas and his candidacy. They are trying to silence him. In the debates, they barely ask him questions. When they do, they laugh while they are asking him why he wants to get out of Iraq or end the IRS. They show two people clapping for him when there are thousands clapping. They say he is supporting terrorists by realizing, like the CIA does, that our foreign policy has “blowback”: when we kill them, they hate us and try to kill us back. We should stop killing them in the first place!

Despite the GOP and mainstream media’s attempts to discredit Ron Paul and his stance on issues within his own party that go against the big money interests in the Republican party, Ron Paul is winning. He came in first or second place in 13 of the first 23 straw polls. He won the CNN.com debate poll with 60%, won an ABCNews.com debate poll with 84%, won a C-SPAN online GOP candidate poll with 69%, won the MSNBC poll after the first debates, and is now a “most searched” term on Google, Youtube, and Yahoo! Ron Paul is the most mentioned person in blogs. A couple weeks ago he won the Fox News televised debate by a landslide – with 35% of the votes on the text message poll. Giuliani came in second with less than half of that.

This time around support a grassroots candidate who is for the people, for the constitution, for freedom, justice, peace, and liberty. We have five important months left to support Ron Paul’s campaign until the primary elections. This is the opportunity of the lifetime that we have someone who has such a good chance of winning, all financed with money from citizens, not corporations. If this looks like someone you would support, Google “Ron Paul,” watch his speeches on Youtube or go to his website, www.ronpaul2008.com. Donate to his campaign, join the Meetup group (ronpaul.meetup.com), e-mail me to campaign locally or learn more: veganmatty@care2.com, and spread the word to your friends, family, classmates, etc.

Drinking Bottled Water Doubles Risk of Infection

Drinking Bottled Water Doubles Risk of Infection

Drinking clean water is essential to your health. Nevertheless, there is much debate over how clean bottled water really is. No question, you must drink pure water if you are expecting to gain health benefits. You’re only harming yourself if the water you drink is contaminated. But that doesn’t mean bottled water is necessarily any better.

The reasons I don’t recommend bottled water are pretty simple:

* It’s too hard to ensure the bottled water comes from a clean source.
* Too many plastic bottles are creating an excessive burden on the environment.

Find out what I personally do to ensure a clean and affordable water source by reading my past posts about Pi-Mag Water here and here.

Protect NYS Fair Elections!

The New York State Board of Elections has proposed a dangerous plan that would allow uncertified DREs to be used in polling places around the state in 2008. The proposal would allow DREs to be used without undergoing the full certification testing required under New York State's regulations and that citizens fought so hard for.

The Board's proposal would allow a DRE to be used in each polling place as an accessible voting machine, using the VVPAT as the official ballot. But since a DRE's VVPAT cannot be read back or verified by the voter in any way other than direct visual observation, a DRE fails to satisfy even the basic requirement of allowing all voters to verify their ballots. The Board is considering allowing an inaccessible DRE to be used as an accessible voting device!

The Board's proposal would bypass the full and thorough testing process that was guaranteed to New York State voters. In light of all we have learned from other states about the massive failures of DREs, we can't allow this to happen.

Within the next week, the State Board will finalize documents that would allow DREs to be used in every polling place in New York State in 2008 without undergoing full and rigorous testing. If this happens, it will condemn New York State voters to years of the same problems, high costs, and security risks that other states using DREs have experienced.

The State Board of Elections is opening the door to making New York a DRE state - we can't let that happen. Please act now.

Endgame: The Blueprint For Global Enslavement

Endgame: The Blueprint For Global Enslavement
The master plan of the elite is no longer a secret

Prison Planet September 7, 2007
Steve Watson

"Countless people will hate the new world order and will die protesting against it." - H.G. Wells, The New World Order , 1939.

Alex Jones' newest film Endgame is an exploration into the dark history of the global elite and an expose of their now public aspiration to follow a program of dehumanization in order to secure a brutal monopoly over the planet's future.

Almost a year and a half in production and filmed on location in Istanbul Turkey, Ottawa Canada, New York and Texas, Endgame was shot in High Definition and runs at 2hours and 20 minutes long.

The elite have made no bones over the fact that the only sustainable future in which their power can remain unchecked is one where the world's population is reduced by over 80%.

Their endgame ensures that they will never have to struggle with a middle class, face a new renaissance or a rising new elite class that could overthrow them and displace them.

Just as the Romans salted the earth at Carthage, ensuring that for hundreds of years crops would not grow, when Hannibal and his people resisted their brutal empire during the Punic Wars, modern day elite oppressors have set about a program to stifle and degrade human progress solely for the benefit of their own power and control.

Endgame exposes this Movement by charting the history of the elite's new world order going back some 250 years. The film focuses on the Napoleonic era, the Rothschilds and the rise of the central banks and the takeover of the United States by elite institutions such as the Council on Foreign Relations.

The film maps out the British model of hidden empire and the forms of social control carefully studied and adapted by the Anglo-American establishment, headed by groups such as Bilderberg, who have been instrumental in centralizing elite control via the formation of the European Union and the continued progression towards an American Union.

The history of Eugenics is traced from its origins, through it's hijacking for evil by power hungry elites to a dangerous future under the social Malthusians, psychologists and anthropologists that continue to push the dehumanization agenda.

Endgame reveals a truth that we must face up to in order to secure our own continued existence as a free race on this planet.

Like, OMG, Where Do You Get Your Protein?

Vegan Bodybuilding is NOT an Oxymoron
by Robert Cheeke, Vegan Bodybuilder, January 7th, 2007

If there is a question vegans hear more than any other, it is, How do you get your protein? I often respond by asking the individual if they know anyone with a protein deficiency. Protein is found in nearly all foods and they are abundant in seeds, nuts, legumes, fruits, vegetables and other plant-based foods.

In North America, we are taught from a young age to believe that the only good sources of protein come from animals. This is simply not true. In fact, it is proven by scores of scientific studies that plant-based sources of protein are easier for the human body to digest and absorb. Plus plant-based foods do not come with many of the negative health implications associated with a diet rich in animal protein such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and cardiovascular disease.

Another advantage of plant-based foods is that they help promote an alkaline environment in our body. All animal protein is acid-forming whereas most plant protein is alkaline forming. Essentially, an alkaline diet is the exact opposite of the high protein, high fat, low carb diets that have recently been in vogue. Because our body's ideal pH is slightly alkaline, our diet should reflect this and also be slightly alkaline. A diet high in acidic foods such as animal protein, sugar, caffeine, and processed foods tends to deplete our body of alkaline minerals such as calcium, magnesium and potassium, making us more susceptible to chronic and degenerative disease.

Though a vegan diet is often a topic of concern when it comes to athletic performance, those concerns are unwarranted. As a vegan bodybuilder, I compete in a sport dominated by meat eaters, most of whom scoff at the idea that one could get sufficient protein from plants to be competitive. I do not consume any animal products whatsoever, not even dairy or eggs. Instead, I focus on eating a wide variety of plant-based whole foods. My protein comes primarily from hemp, tofu, tempeh, beans, nuts, seeds, grains, rice, fruits and vegetables. By getting my protein from a wide variety of sources, I am ensuring my body receives a balance of essential amino acids.

Though I try to get as much protein as possible from whole foods, I often supplement with plant-based protein powders to help me meet my target of 1.5g of protein per pound of bodyweight for building muscle mass. My favorite protein powder source is hemp. In addition to being rich in complete protein, it is also a great source of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, fibre and chlorophyll.

Hemp protein is a quality source of arginine, histidine, methionine and cysteine and also contains all the branched-chain amino acids crucial for repair and growth of lean body mass. Furthermore, almost two-thirds of hemp protein is comprised of edestin, a protein found only in hemp and the form of protein most similar to that of the human body. Hemp protein is also very easily digested and assimilated, making it one of the finest sources of protein in the plant kingdom.

Other great commonly available plant-based protein powders include yellow pea, brown rice and soy. Though soy protein has been a staple in my diet for years, I have recently reduced my consumption of it because I am concerned about developing food sensitivities and/or allergies. Too much of a good thing can be detrimental to overall health and my feeling is that soy is becoming overly pervasive in vegan and vegetarian diets. There are so many good alternatives such as hemp, pea, rice and flax that I feel I dont need to rely on just soy protein powder anymore.

When I am on the run and dont have time to prepare a meal, I take a complete plant-based whole food meal replacement called Vega. Formulated by Brendan Brazier, a professional Ironman triathlete and fellow vegan, Vega is a quick and easy way for me to get quality nutrition. It contains many of my favorite foods, including hemp, pea, flax, rice, chlorella and maca and I especially like the fact that it contains five sources of quality protein, ensuring a balanced array of essential amino acids. I also snack on Vega raw energy bars before and after workouts for an extra boost.

Keep in mind that a high protein diet can be taxing on the liver and kidneys so it is important to drink a lot of water (I personally drink over a gallon a day) to help the bodys organs process the large amounts of protein. The great thing about plant protein is that it is much easier to digest and assimilate than animal protein, making the bodys job easier and providing a greater nutritional yield. I also recommend eating smaller meals more frequently to ensure your muscles will always be fueled and nourished, providing the best opportunity for recovery, growth and achieving your desired results.

As a vegan bodybuilder, I want to show others that it is possible to gain significant muscle and strength on a vegan diet and I want to inspire others to follow this lifestyle. I love being vegan and knowing that I am having a positive impact on our society. I believe that a plant-based diet is one of the best things you can do for your health, and the well-being of our environment.
