"Vegetarian Food For Thought" Podcast

I'd like to recommend checking out "Vegetarian Food For Thought" Podcast.

Narrated by Colleen Patrick-Goudreau, each audio episode addresses commonly asked questions about animal rights, food, cooking, and nutrition demystifies what it means to "be vegan." Either subscribe or click "Play Now" to listen to individual topics. In my opinion, Colleen is a wealth of knowledgeable yet reasonable information, with an upbeat personality, who some might even call "charismatic." I look forward to listening to her podcasts, so I thought I would share. From those new to vegetarianism to long-term vegans, fans e-mail her all the time telling her how she has changed their diet and lives.
